Leak Detection
We diagnose roof leaks properly — checking ridge caps, valleys, flashings, penetrations (around chimneys, pipes, skylights), tile cracks, sarking damage, and bedding/pointing failures. Once we find the actual cause, we explain what we found and quote on a fix that addresses the real problem, not just the symptom.
Tile Replacement
Cracked, broken, or missing tiles are replaced with matching tiles where possible. We carry stock of most common concrete tile profiles. For older or unusual tiles, we source matching replacements from suppliers or salvage. Slipped tiles get re-laid properly with sarking checks underneath.
Valley Iron Replacement
Valley iron is the sheet metal that runs down the internal junction (valley) of a roof — and it's one of the most common causes of leaks when it rusts through. We replace rusted valley iron with new Colorbond or galvanised metal, properly flashed and sealed to keep water flowing where it should.

Can you repair a slate roof?
We specialise in concrete tile, terracotta tile, and metal roofs. Slate is a specialist trade and we'd refer you to a slater for that work.
