When Luke and his family made the move to Gippsland for a quieter life, he saw a gap in the local restoration trade. Too many homeowners were paying big money to outfits that didn't understand the structural side of roofs — companies that knew how to spray paint, but couldn't tell a sagging ridge from a sound one.
