When You Need More
If the roof has faded badly, has multiple cracked tiles, or the pointing is breaking up, washing alone won't fix it. After we wash, we'll show you exactly what we found and recommend either a paint job, a re-bedding job, or a full restoration — with an honest quote for each option.

Will high pressure damage my tiles?
Not when it's done properly. We use the right pressure for the substrate and work at the right angle to avoid driving water under tiles. Pressure washing has been used on Aussie roofs for decades.
How often should a roof be washed?
For most Gippsland homes, every 5–8 years is enough. Roofs near eucalyptus trees, in shaded areas, or in higher-rainfall locations may need it more often.
Can you clean my driveway too?
Absolutely — we often add driveway and path cleaning to roof jobs as a package. Just ask in your quote.
What about my plants and gutters?
We cover sensitive plants and clean gutters out after washing — debris from the roof ends up there, so it's part of the job, not an extra.
